Okay, lunch hari ada Majlis Farewell untuk Saudara Cik Din kita ni yang akan meninggalkan kita disini dalam masa terdekat..(Esok last day dia) di KFC KLCC. Terima kasih untik Cik Rohayu yang meng organisasi kan majlis ni. Terima kasih juga untuk CIk Jarina, Cik Kiftiyah (dlm sakit2 tu), Cik Suzaina, Cik Ramjan yg tolong ‘cop’ meja kat KFC tadi. Terima kasih lagi sekali kat Cik Rohayu & Cik Suzaina kerana sanggup beratur panjang untuk membeli makanan untuk kita semua.

Encik Din adalah antara staff yg paling awal sampai ke KFC. Staff yang paling lambat ialah Cik Ratna & Cik Maslinda. Cik Ramjan pula seperti biasa lebih sibuk mengambil gambar daripada makan. Orang lain yang nak makan pun terbantut selera sebab tak nak ada gambar mereke yang kurang menyenangkan seperti gambar tengah “ngap” ayam. Ialah Ramjan ni bukan boleh percaya, party dulu2 pun banyak gambar macam tu. Setelah diberi warning banyak kali, CIk Ramjan teleh mendelete gambar2 yg kurang sopan gitu (dia takut kena sekeh nanti). Kalau still ada gambar yang anda tak suka, sila salurkan ‘hate mail’ anda ke Cik Ramjan. Cik Ramjan juga berkata tiada gambar2 yang diphotoshopkan, maklumlah tengah buat closing.

Majlis berjalan dengan lancer. Pada penghujung majlis, Cik Din rasa agak terharu dan melepaskan air mata (tak caya tengok gambar sebagai bukti). Staff yang lain pun terrasa agak sedih..Din jangan lupa kalau ada kerja kosong kat tempat kerja baru kau, jangan lupa telefon kami …Tea Lady pun takpelah….

By Marta Falconi updated 12:18 p.m. ET June 11, 2008 ROME - A deer with a single horn in the center of its head — much like the fabled, mythical unicorn — has been spotted in a nature preserve in Italy, park officials said Wednesday. "This is fantasy becoming reality," Gilberto Tozzi, director of the Center of Natural Sciences in Prato, told The Associated Press. "The unicorn has always been a mythological animal." The 1-year-old Roe Deer — nicknamed "Unicorn" — was born in captivity in the research center's park in the Tuscan town of Prato, near Florence, Tozzi said. He is believed to have been born with a genetic flaw; his twin has two horns. Calling it the first time he has seen such a case, Tozzi said such anomalies among deer may have inspired the myth of the unicorn. The unicorn, a horse-like creature with magical healing powers, has appeared in legends and stories throughout history, from ancient and medieval texts to the adventures of Harry Potter.
"This shows that even in past times, there could have been animals with this anomaly," he said by telephone. "It's not like they dreamed it up." Single-horned deer are rare but not unheard of — but even more unusual is the central positioning of the horn, experts said. "Generally, the horn is on one side (of the head) rather than being at the center. This looks like a complex case," said Fulvio Fraticelli, scientific director of Rome's zoo. He said the position of the horn could also be the result of a trauma early in the animal's life.

'The Smurfs' going to Hollywood
Hollywood is bringing the adventures of "The Smurfs" to life in a film aimed at introducing the cartoon little blue creatures to a new generation of fans, it was announced Tuesday.
A statement from Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation said they had obtained motion picture rights to the Smurfs, who first appeared as a Belgian comic strip in 1958.
A hybrid live-action and animated film would now go into production, with the writers of the phenomenally successful second and third "Shrek" films, David Stem and David Weiss, tapped to write the screenplay.
"The Smurfs are one of the best-known franchises and among the most beloved collection of characters in the world," Columbia president Doug Belgrad said in a statement.
"We're very excited to introduce a new generation to Papa Smurf, Smurfette and the other Smurfs in all of their 'three apple tall' glory."
Best known in the English-speaking world through their long-running Hanna-Barbera cartoon series, the Smurfs first appeared half a century ago and were created by Belgian cartoonist Pierre Culliford, known as Peyo.
